In 2024, Tchibo decided to launch the Eduscho brand - bold, purple and distinctive. Our task was not only to build brand awareness, but also to ensure its visibility in major retail chains, special events and urban spaces.

Ziaja, one of the most recognizable cosmetic brands, faced the challenge of a systematic evaluation of the quality of service in the "Ziaja for You" store chain. It was crucial to check the work of consultants, compliance with visual standards and sales effectiveness. We designed a comprehensive mystery shopper study covering 161 locations throughout Poland. Thanks to a rotation of auditors, a customized questionnaire and the MerchMobiler application, the client gained reliable, comparable data. The reports and recommendations allowed Ziaja to monitor service quality, raise standards and develop training programs.

Long-term cooperation in organizing field actions

Babyliss is one of the most recognizable brands of home appliances, specializing in hair styling and hair removal. The client needed a trusted partner for comprehensive event support - from trade shows and conferences to point-of-sale promotions. In the course of our cooperation, we were responsible for logistics, booth design and construction, recruitment and training of consultants, and comprehensive support of sales and image activities.

The cooperation covered both large industry events and daily sales in electro chains, where consumers could directly test the products. As a result, the Babyliss brand gained visibility, an expert image and tangible sales results.

Introduction of the GLO system to the Polish market

British American Tobacco entrusted us with the task of supporting sales during the launch of the innovative GLO tobacco heating system. The key objective of the campaign was to attract leads - people interested in meeting with an advisor and testing the device free of charge.

Due to legal restrictions on the communication of tobacco products, the project required not only precise organization, but also great creativity in the selection of contact channels. We used a nationwide field structure, a team of advisors and a dedicated application to collect contacts. The result was a long-term campaign carried out in 20 major cities in Poland, which still supports the development of the GLO brand.

Comprehensive verification of assets after merger with AXA

UNIQA faced the challenge of verifying assets across the country after its merger with AXA. The new organization had to audit fixed assets located in 46 field branches across the country. We prepared and implemented a comprehensive inventory process - from the preparatory audit, to the field inventory, to reporting in accordance with the client's requirements.

We engaged 14 specialized census teams for the task, equipped with mobile scanners and a dedicated reporting system. This enabled the project to be carried out quickly, accurately and fully on schedule. As a result, UNIQA received a complete physical inventory, saving human resources and time of its employees.

We became Gardena's partner in 2021, responsible for recruiting, training and implementing a team of seasonal sales consultants.

Our activities include not only point-of-sale service, but also mystery shopper programs, incentive programs and quick ad hoc actions - such as the instant setup of 50 Eco displays in 1 day. This has provided Gardena with a scalable and flexible support model that ensures a consistent customer experience regardless of the season or location of sale.
